For the very first time, Chase is casting its spell and transforming into the Shuswap’s Halloween town.

From October 24 to November 1, the community will come alive with nine nights of tricks, treats, and frightful fun.

Nine Nights of Frights and Fun!

Get ready for a week packed with spooky spectacles: join in the Monster March, drift across the lake in the Witches Paddle, brave the Pumpkin Patch Maze After Dark, and dance the night away at glowing Halloween parties. From pancake breakfasts to potion-making, there’s magic brewing for all ages.

We’re summoning the community to join in helping us pull the festivities together:

  • Register for the Monster March parade and be part of the opening night spectacle.

  • Donate Halloween decorations or drop off your broken/torn teddy bears at the Visitor Centre to help bring our frightful festivities to life.

  • Enter the Halloweek Colouring Contest, designed by local youth artist Dez Loring. Download the sheet here or pick up a copy at Pete’s Pizza.
  • Throughout October, donate or pick up a children’s Halloween Costume through the Haldane PAC Costume Swap hosted at the Chase Library.

This is just the beginning!

Our vision is for Chase to become the Shuswap’s ultimate Halloween Haunt, where families, visitors, and Halloween-lovers return year after year.

Dare to scroll down for the full Halloweek schedule… if you’re brave enough.
