Get ready for a week packed with spooky spectacles: join in a guided Cemetery Tour, brave the Pumpkin Patch Maze After Dark, and create Magical Potions with Madame Moira. From a pancake breakfast to bowling, there’s magic brewing for all ages.

We’re summoning the community to join in helping us pull the festivities together:

• Donate Halloween decorations or drop off your broken/torn teddy bears at the Visitor Centre to help bring our frightful festivities to life.

• Visit Pete Murray’s Pumpkin Patch during October to pick that perfect pumpkin for carving and to complete the Corn Maze

• Throughout October, donate or pick up a children’s Halloween Costume through the Haldane PAC Costume Swap hosted at the Chase Library.

• Participate in Trinket Trading at participating venues.

This is our second year of hosting Halloweek, and we’re working towards our vision for Chase to become the Shuswap’s ultimate Halloween Haunt, where families, visitors, and Halloween-lovers return year after year.

Enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast hosted by the volunteers of the Chase Curling Club. Pancakes, sausage, eggs, coffee, and juice served!

Bring broken or old teddy bears to life with stitches, patches, and plenty of spooky imagination.

If you have old teddies to donate, please drop them off at the Visitor Info Centre (400 Shuswap Ave) by October 27. 

Join the Chase Museum’s curator, Breanne Malo for a guided walk filled with stories and local history. Please bring your own flashlight.

Enjoy glow-in-the-dark bowling with Halloween music and costumes encouraged.

$2 a game, $2 shoe rentals

Decorate Halloween-themed cupcakes with frosting, sprinkles, and plenty of sweet fun.

Mix and brew colourful concoctions in this magical, hands-on activity for kids and families, led by Madame Moira.

An free evening event hosted by Family Home Learning. Snacks, drinks, and goodie bags provided!

Bring your costume and hit the ice for a Halloween-themed family skate with music and treats.

The Adams Lake Fire Deptartment is hosting their annual Halloween fireworks display along the shore of Little Shuswap Lake.

Send your jack-o’-lantern flying!  Join us for the final Halloweek event and watch pumpkins soar through the sky in this fun community spectacle. Bring a non-perishable food item or cash donation for the Chase Hamper Society, and say farewell to your Halloween pumpkin in smashing style.
