Presented by Mayor David Lepsoe
One of Kamloops’ most popular dance bands, Paisley Groove, brings together an exciting musical fusion that transports audiences back to the days when rock n’ roll ruled the airways. This vibrant ensemble combines dynamic percussion with creative guitar mastery to present the always enjoyable tunes from the sixties and seventies.
Joining guitarist David Langevin are Doug Goodman on keyboards and vocals, Pat Ebert on percussion, Ken Sell on bass, and Sandro Cuzzetto on drums. They love playing the soulful Latin tunes of Santana and when they play the Beatles music they even add a Latin vibe. But their repertoire doesn’t stop there. From the songs of Joe Cocker to an array of 60s and 70s. They love to explore and reinterpret the sounds of that era.
A Paisley Groove performance is always a sonic adventure as they deliver a unique blend of nostalgia, energy, and musical mastery. Every show is an up-tempo dance party that keeps audiences up on their feet all evening long.
